Rendia’s patient education software helps doctors and patients have more meaningful conversations. Our interactive technology blended with stunning clinical animations help patients understand important medical information better.
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) acts as the point of contact with our healthcare practices (doctors and staff) to ensure implementation and achieve success with the software. The CSM will own and manage accounts throughout the onboarding process, respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and conduct frequent training webinars to clearly explain/implement the software into the practice’s daily workflow.
The CSM advocates for the practice’s interests and escalates customer questions and requests to our support/sales teams when necessary. The CSM will proactively reach out to accounts to maintain user engagement and happiness. The ideal candidate will bring a set of unique qualities that strengthen our brand and delight our customers. The CSM reports directly to the Director of Customer Success.
