Customer Success Manager (Full-time)

Rendia is hiring a Customer Success Manager who will work closely with healthcare providers to challenge the status quo in patient care. Rendia’s patient education software helps doctors and patients have more meaningful conversations. Our interactive technology blended with stunning clinical animations help patients understand important medical information better.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) acts as the point of contact with our healthcare practices (doctors and staff) to ensure implementation and achieve success with the software. The CSM will own and manage accounts throughout the onboarding process, respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and conduct frequent training webinars to clearly explain/implement the software into the practice’s daily workflow.

The CSM advocates for the practice’s interests and escalates customer questions and requests to our support/sales teams when necessary. The CSM will proactively reach out to accounts to maintain user engagement and happiness. The ideal candidate will bring a set of unique qualities that strengthen our brand and delight our customers. The CSM reports directly to the Director of Customer Success.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with account management or project management
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
  • Teaching or coaching experience a plus but not required

Requirements

  • Experience in a phone-based customer service environment
  • Ability to listen, overcome objections, and propose solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision
